• The "At a glance" service allows customers to view a list of meters with pending payments and settle the total amount due to Elpedison.
• The "My Meters" service enables customers to access basic meter information, select desired meters for display, and navigate through them.
• The "My Consumption" service provides graphical representations of customer consumption trends in kWh or euros along with the 12 most recent measurements regardless of their source (Customer measurement or HEDNO (DEDDIE)).
• The "View My Bill" service permits customers to view all electricity bills, receive their latest bill promptly, and review the payment history of their meters.
• The "Online Payment" service facilitates secure electronic bill payments and offers insights into payments made within the last 5 days through the myElpedison platform.
• The "Count on Your Own" service allows customers to electronically record meter readings.
• The "myElpedison Profile" service empowers customers to customize individual details within their myElpedison service profile.
• The "Billing Preferences" service grants customers who currently receive physical bills at their address the option to activate the ebill service instead.
• The "Personal Information" service enables customers to update specific personal information.
• The "Private Messages" service offers customers the ability to receive personalized messages directly from Elpedison.
• The "My News" service keeps customers informed about the latest updates from Elpedison.
